TraceTube suppression system
fire protection direct release systems are simmilar to those offered by Fire Trace and utilize state of the art heat sensing tube as detection device & suppressant delivery. As the fire begins, the portion of the tube nearest the point where the most heat is detected ruptures, forming an effective spray nozzle.
The pressure will then drop as the Fitech tube releases the entire contents of the cylinder through the distribution nozzle to effectively suppress the fire. More than one Fitech tube can be used enabling the system to cover more area. Our fire suppression systems are critical for safety and protecting your valuable equipment.
Our direct release systems utilize heat and flame sensitive Firetrace Detection Tubing as a detection device and for suppressant delivery.
Here’s how they work:
- During a fire, the portion of the tube nearest the point where the most heat is detected ruptures, forming a spray nozzle.
- The pressure decreases as the tubing releases fire suppression chemical from the cylinder through the spray nozzle (burst hole) to effectively suppress the fire.
- A direct release system can be installed to protect multiple enclosures using a single cylinder by routing additional tubing to each enclosed space.
We recommend direct release systems for protection of electrical cabinets. For protection of vehicles or CNC machines, we recommend indirect release systems.

Complete system should be lpcb/ul/ vds approved Vendor has to submit project specific authorization letter issued by the oem at timeof bidding. The cylinder must be filled in a ul/ fm/ peso approved plant owned by the systemoem.
